Want to transfer one of my subscriptions, but.....

ok, so here is the deal. i recently sold my old S2 w/ lifetime, and i will be transferring the service BUT.....

1. Is there a timeframe in which i should wait? i had set up my new tivoHD on an annual plan, but called tivo and had it transferred to a lifetime. originally activated back in July, lifetime started just a few days ago officially.

2. If i transfer the service to a new account name, does that mean i will have to pay the extra 100.00 because i no longer qualify for the multi-service discount?

Maybe a billing cycle, but when you put Product Lifetime on a box, that is it. They cannot ding you for extra.

Series 2 234 Hr Lifetime.
Window XP and Ubuntu Linux on my PCs.
Watching more and more in HD direct now.

I ould wait the 30 days for the new lifetime to be set before transferring the old one. Just to be safe.

You just need to disable your sense of shame for all humanity and click past the break
