Program Info Display Duration Too Short

If I'm casually viewing live TV on my TiVo HD and change channels, the banner/program information appears for only a fraction of a second before it removes itself. To actually read it, I have to hit "info" on the remote.

I can't seem to find anything about changing this behavior. Could I have stumbled upon a select-play-select code in the past that changed it? How can I make it remain visible for a few seconds like one would expect?

Also the normal settings in the TiVo menu could be set too fast.

I tried that, but it only affects how quickly the green progress bar clears itself from the screen after pausing, fast forwarding, etc.
