pytivo issues

Anyone have a solution to PyTivo running very slowly. I am talking about just loading the web pages without any active uploads or downloads. It will take a couple minutes just to load even the main page....?

When I fist installed, it was very snappy. Now I just sit an wait..

You should explain more about what version you're using, and the exact circumstances of the problem. However, I can tell you that there was this bug in my fork, for just a couple of days (6-29 until 7-01):

It looks to be the 5/2/08 version with the Windows Installer. It got all borked up when I changed it to run the service as a user to access my NAS via UNC. However, I just ended up opening up the NAS share, and reverting back to running the service as system on Windows with UNC.

Just loading http://localhost:9032 takes forever.

Forgot to add a type (music) to a music share.

Today I was attempting to transfer a show from a folder on my PC, and it would not transfer. When I went to investigate why, the Recording History reported that the show had already been deleted which was absolutley not the case.
Any ideas?
