TiVo (not Tivo Desktop) Certificate Invalid

I tried to use https://<ip>/nowplaying/index.html to access my Series 2 TiVos and got the following warning from Internet Explorer:

There is a problem with this website's security certificate.

The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority.
The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address.

I don't recall seeing that the last time I used the web interface on the TiVos.

Is TiVo having a problem with their security?

It always has said that. It is just more in your face with IE 7.

Tivo self signs their certificates is all.

Could someone please remind me how to renew the certs for old versions of TD?
