9.3 Improved the 30 Second Skip Lag

I can't find the old thread, but it had a previous discussion about the delay in the 30 second skip on the TiVoHDs and S3s.

It seems to me that 9.3 significantly improved this lag. I think it is still there compared to an S2, but it is greatly reduced.

Anyone else feeling this way, or am I just getting acclimated to it?

I think there may have been a slight improvement compared to previous version but for me it's still very easy to have the display freeze on 1 frame unless I slow down my button presses, so it's not like it used to be before 9.1.

No improvement here at all...same as before. I've never had the freezing problem. Now I've just adjusted to not seeing anything on the screen until I stop pushing the button; I usually do six or eight pushes and that normally gets me through a typical commercial break.

It does seem a lot faster to me too.. Compared to how fast my S1 responds to 30 sec skip, the S3 & TivoHD seemed really slow.. but yeah, it does seem faster now.
