I don't think you can prevent the TiVos from seeing each other (short of disabling transfers altogether on that box via your account on TiVo Central Online). You can prevent them from seeing your PC by going into the Access Control tab of the TiVo Server Properties in TiVo Desktop.
One workaround would be to enable parental controls. That would prevent (I think) transfer of rated content outside of the specified limits, but I don't think it would prevent someone from seeing the recordings on the other box (which it sounds like you are trying to achieve).
