These coupons are recorded, when they are applied for, when they are sent out and when they are redeemed. The dealer has to enter the info into the DTV2009.gov wensite, when they are redeemed.

Does this mean I couldn't give away the coupons? I ordered some as soon as I heard about them and then I discovered that I probably won't even need them. I would feel bad if there were only a limited number of them and I took some from people who really needed them.

You can't give away the coupons, but you can use them to buy CECB's, and give those away, or sell them.

What would stop a family member from giving a coupon to another family member who lives in a different area, and that second family member then using the coupon?
