More fun - Seasons Pass Info Gone!

We have two Comcast Tivo boxes in our house, both installed Tuesday, one was new, one replaced a box with the flashing dot/all 8s display issue. Spent a significant amount of time entering all the season pass info to catch all the right shows and unfortunately it all seems to be gone on *one* of the boxes. I would almost be happier if both were wiped, indicating some sort of firmware update.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Didn't experience any losses, but on Tuesday (same day you had issues) both of our boxes restarted on their own; both hanging on the starting up screen. We waited about 15 minutes (usually is only 5) and it ook unplugging to bring them back.
