Quiet and *Reliable* 1TB internal upgrade?

After researching ad nauseum I almost pulled the trigger one this OEM drive for our S3.

but then read the newegg reviews re: fair reliability.
-Any recommendations on this vs another drive for reliability?
-Will I need to order any other hardware to do the install?
-Any reason to go retail over OEM?

I bought the 1TB WD drive from Best Buy for my Tivo HD. I can barely hear the drive, and I couldn't get the acoustic software to work. It's supposed to be a very reliable drive.

I didn't need any other hardware other than the drive itself.

Also worth pointing out that reviews aren't representative samples. E.g. People are more likely to post negative reviews after a drive screws up than to post a review that everything is working as it should.
