I know your question was for the series 3, but I'm having the same issue with the Tivo HD -- audio dropouts only, no video pixelation. The funny thing is that they only exist during live programming. Recorded shows are free from the dropouts. I never had this issue until about two months ago, so I'm wondering if this was the result of an update of some sort. Several others posted in the thread on this that I started that hey were having similar issues. Both Tivo and Comcast blame the other party (shocker

). I'm hoping the new update that Tivo Pony mentioned yesterday fixes it.
