I am wondering what is the correct procedure to report bugs with the Comcast Tivo software, and who would we want to report bugs to?
I have been fairly satisfied overall, but have needed to reboot my box twice this past week for the same odd behavior. The box stopped buffering live recordings (no pause or rewind). Same behavior on both tuners. One seemed frozen when I first turned on the TV, but channel change seemed to resolve this. The box was responsive and I was able to view pre-recorded shows with normal functionality. I ended up rebooting the box (via the reboot menu option) and it came back fine. Same problem both times it occurred.
Where/how should this be reported?
