It would help if we knew what TiVo model you have and how it's connected.

Is this a S3/TivoHD w/ cablecards? Check your cablecard setup menus, conditional access screen, see if it's a pairing or authorization problem.
Follow Tivo's Cablecard troubleshooting page. Might need to call cable company to fix.

Also, it's conceivable that Tivo thinks the lineup changed but your area hasn't actually been upgraded yet. Check the local HDTV info section of avsforum.com for your area, see if people in your neighborhood are getting the new channels.

Sorry about that its series 3 hd. Well i took the time to call comcast and they say that there was no change in the channel lineup in my area. Also i looked at my other tivo series 3 and there was no message. So my guess is that tivo screwed up and i have no channel lineup change. Can anybody help or should i call tivo. thanks

If it's just additional channels that you aren't getting, I'd simply go into the setup menu and uncheck them under "channels you receive". Not worth bothering Tivo IMO & might be faster when they actually do add the channels.

If they have incorrect channels screwing up your recordings, then fill out a lineup form at www.tivo.com/lineup
