"Download TV & Movies" not appearing.

Hey there,

I was using Amazon Unbox for a few months with my wireless network, and everything was fine. Recently my tivo broke and I had to exchange it. I just set it up with the network...everything seems to be running fine, but the "download tv & movies" option (and everything below it) does not appear anymore. What step did i miss? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Probably nothing. Give it a day or two to download the latest software and likely the Download option will show up again.

If you are impatient force a couple of connections to the TiVo service rebooting after each.

Make sure you have "Enable Video Downloads" selected for the new TiVo under "DVR preferences" on TiVo.com
