My guessing is they want somebody local for an in-person PR thing; a TV or store appearance or such.
I'd jump, but am not near Toronto.

Hi, I just bought a new Series 2 DT - only one available in Canada :-(
Haven't registered it yet, waiting a few days for a new HD TV to arrive.
I am in Toronto and am happy to help if you need something.

I wonder what broadband services Pony is referring to? I want to use Unbox but TiVo/Amazon won't let me! I do subscribe to DL.TV, Cranky Geeks, CNet & GeekBrief. Still waiting for WebbAlert & The 1Up Show!
But, more than anything, I'd love to have OTA HD guide data for my S3 in my TiVo stocking this year!!! And so would many other Torontonians that are chomping at the bit for their first REAL HD PVR!!!
