Live 365 - stopped working Pictures no sound

Hello,

I have been using live 365 successfully for some time, but the other day, the music stopped. I get the screen which shows what song should be playing - but no sound. (I get sound with everything else tivo) Some stations will say one moment please, and then error during read and give an address.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, don't have any suggestions; however, the exact same thing happened to me after the 9.2 upgrade was installed. The sound works just fine for everything else except the Live 365 feature. I'm just hoping that the next upgrade fixes the problem.

After a fine repair by the good folks at TiVo, my Live 365 connection is back up and producing actual sound. Hope everyone else who needed it got the same fix.
