Should I have these services or are they extra?

I recently purchased and received a 180-hr TiVo HD DVR. I have been poking around the Tivo site looking for help on another problem and ran across these features.

Amazon Unboxed: From TiVo Central > Find Programs > Download Movies & TV > Amazon Unbox.

I don't have that in my Find Programs Menu?

Swivel Search: From TiVo Central, select Find Programs, then universal Swivel Search, or
From Now Playing on TiVo, select a show, then More Options, then universal Swivel Search

Again, not here... Should I have these on my Tivo?

Is it connected to a network and the internet or just through the telephone?

Have you enabled video download for you box? Log into Tivo.com, Manage My Account, Name Your DVRs, Click the check mark next to 'Enable Video Dowloads', then Save Preferences.

And like gcw07 says... your Tivo box needs to have a broadband connection.

I have it on broadband.

Turns out it was shipped with an old firmware (8.?) that did not have these options.

It received an update to 9.2 last night and they are showing up.

This also fixed my Tivo Desktop issue
