Upgrade to new DVR's or stay with Series 2

I was talking to DTV today and they offered to upgrade my series 2 to the new boxes they have. Do I want to do this.? They are fixing my rebooting HD units with the new HR20's and wondered if I wanted to do the others.

Do I want to get the new gear or keep my Series 2's.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I think you posted this in the wrong forum area. You probably meant to click on the DirecTV one and missed and got "DVD" instead.
