tivo to go hangs up

I have a series 3 tivo and was excited to try tivotogo for the first time. I had trouble downloading the application and followed troubleshooting to download VBscript and register it first per tivo help. I successfully download the program and go to communicate with my tivo and it gets to program 141 out of 208 programs recorded and I get a communication error that it can't communicate with my unit perhaps because of a network problem. This doesn't make sense because it knows I have 208 programs recorded and gets to a point and then stops. Does anyone have any ideas on how to proceed? I have tried to search for help but not found any.

My S2 does this periodically, but if I try later sometimes it then completes the list. I think it will turn out to be a bug in the program, or how the program is interacting or conflicting with something in the computer.

Like maybe conflicting with the antivirus or antispyware.

I think this just started occurring since the 9.1/9.2 updates.

I think saw it mentioned in some other thread but can't find it just yet.

Keep trying a few times. If you have a lot of recordings (100++), Tivo Desktop will sometimes fail to retrieve the list. Exit Tivo Desktop and try again.

Once you've retrieved the full list the first time, you shouldn't have the problem again.
