Current Version of software for TivoHD?

I've had a TivoHD now for a month. I have run the updates and done manual connections to Tivo several times and restarted a few times as well yet my software is still stuck at 8.x

I have 2 S2 tivo's that have gotten the 9.x update without issues. Have they not released the 9.x update for TivoHD users yet? If they have how do I force it?

Official version on the Tivo HD is 8.x, 9.2 is available, visit the priority page to get it http://www.tivo.com/priority/ . 9.2 will give you MRV and TTG. Be sure to force a connection after a few days you should have the update. Also be sure to go to tivos site and enable your tranfers under dvr preferences.

The latest fully released version is 9.1. It is in the deployment stage and will be pushed to your Tivo without you having to do anything. However, they are also rolling out the "release candidate" 9.2.j if you sign up for 'priority'. Nobody seems to know when it will go 'officially released'.

Actually, you only need 9.1 to have MRV and TTG. I'm now transferring programs from a THD with 9.2 to another one with 9.1.

Yeah you are right sorry. But if he wants the ability sooner he will need to sign up on the priority page which will just bounce him up to 9.2

I signed up for that, and got bounced up only from 8.1 to 9.1. Still waiting for that little skip to 9.2.

Thanks, I was trying to make sure my TivoHD was fully updated before Comcast came out to install the cable cards... (Today) but guess that isn't gonna happen. Hopefully it doesn't matter...
