Rewinding in large chunks while using TiVo?

hi, I'm new to TiVo.

Someone told me how to program the 30 second FF, it's pretty sweet!

Is there something similar for rewind? 8 seconds only (instant replay) is kinda short.

Also, since there's a way to FF / jump to the tick marks, is there a way to rewind to the same?
