Falling Skies 8/2 - Spoilers, No Spoilers - who cares?

Is there a network number or an address or ANYONE I can contact to get back that hour of my life?

Oh, we care about spoilers.

So those kids thought it was just an ordinary apocalypse without any aliens or zombies either one?

With this being the final season I had hoped that all the episodes would be worth watching, but I guess not. These last couple have been very forgettable.

At last, a fake newspaper on a TV show that actually looks halfway decent (i.e., front page is in color, headline fits the space they put it into, etc.). But if the Charlotte Fakepaper gave such a big front-page headline to Obama and Republicans arguing about the budget, I can't imagine how huge the letters were that they used for the "ALIENS ARRIVE" headline the next day.

The problem with this episode is it is just way too late in the series to have one like that. It would have worked early in the series where you could say that there were pockets of society unaffected by the alien invasion.

The think with taking out the spikes was another "out of the blue" moment for a series that has way too many of them. Why all of a sudden is this possible? Was that explained?

They did a quick run through about some technique/technology Cochise had that might be successful, but he couldn't be sure.

Absolutely. Early in the series yes, 3 years after the aliens arrived? No way.

And yeah that spike thing was weird. All of a sudden "I want my spikes taken out". Very weird.

How many episodes this season? The first 3 had 10, last season had 12. There have been 6 so far this season.
