After zippering, and then after running zipper again, replacing the drive into the HR10-250 TiVo (in a futile attempt to get "sh tweak.sh" to run), I get through the Welcome. Powering up.... message, followed by the "Almost there. Just a few minutes more..., only to then see a black screen with:
ERROR: Unexpected CPU revision
Searching on this term up here and on the "other" forum for hacking does not turn up any specific info.
Has anybody had this, and is there a way to recover from it?
