Arrow Confused Tivo information

I'm looking at the Tivoweb description for a program I recorded the other day and it says (amongst other things):

Channel 105 FIVE
Showing Date Tue 29th May 21:00
Expiration Date Thu 31st May 21:00
Deletion Date
Cancel Date Wed 23rd May 12:50
Cancel Reason Program Source Modified
Error String Source no longer requests recording
Quality Basic

What on earth is the cancel date, cancel reason and error string telling me?

The program does exist and watchable

I'm confused and perturbed - advice would be appreciated

Thanks

Cancel date is the date it was removed from the To Do list, the other two explains why, in this case it looks as though some sort of change was made to your TiVo setup.

If you subsequently recorded it anyway, the old data isn't removed.

???

So what does "Source no longer requests recording" mean?

I'm assuming that "Program source modified" means that "something" changed in the Ch5 lineup around lunchtime on May 23rd (seems an odd time of day - my daily calls are always at night)

If it was removed from the ToDo list, it wouldn't have recorded surely, UNLESS you mean that if I remove it to schedule a recording at a DIFFERENT time, then it holds on to the cancel even though I have "uncancelled" the recording later????

Source is Sky, Freeview, aerial etc.

I'd suggest that the channel was deleted from the channels list in a download and then re-instated, but that's a guess.

The reason I am asking is that although the program is watchable, my wife tells me that it's "like watching it in fast forward". I need to get hom to see what she means, but it's only affected that one program and, even if she struggles to the verfy end, we get no odd reboots or anything so I am trying to imagine what the problem might have been

These comments are the only thing that I can see is different from other recordings made around the same time (from different channels)
