Need to convert old shows to iPod

I have read threads here about tivoconverter.exe and converting old shows under Desktop 2.3.

Problem is I just bought the upgrade to Tivo Desktop and now I have Desktop 2.4. Any idea how to get the tivoconverter.exe to do the work for me? Any wrapper for this?

The version of tivoconverter.exe shows as version 1.1

The last page of the tivoconverter wrapper thread gives the workaround to make it work with 2.4.
