connecting two s2 tivos? how? please help

Hi - I'm new to the board and new to Tivo. I'm quite addicted, don't know how I ever got along without them. I picked up two series II Tivo's with the lifetime service membership. My friend has the pay service so he can search for programs by name. I kind of wish I had that but I'm reluctant to pay $12.95 a month to get that feature. Maybe there is a way to "hack" them? Hmmm... But back to my original question. I own a Toshiba RS-TX20 and a Toshiba SD-H400, they come with Tivo Series II built in. I use a regular phone line to connect them to Tivo to get programming data. How can I link the two Tivos together so I can watch a program I recorded on one Tivo in the other room with the other Tivo? Is this possible? How bout a 2 minute tutorial explaining how to do this? Do your TiVo's really have lifetime service or just TiVo Basic service? If you can't search for programs by name then I assume it is the latter. If that is the case there is no way to transfer recordings between them. You need to subscribe to the TiVo service to do that.
