Stuck in reboot?
I've got a Series 2 140 hour TiVO that seems to be stuck in the middle of a reboot. It says powering up for a few minutes then goes to a blank gray screen and stays there.
Any ideas, is it dead?

Probably needs a hard drive transplant.

Oh geez, this unit has been barely used and sits idle for literally months and its hard drive goes?
