Transfering from Tivo and PC to Archos PVP

I'm just getting the Archos 704 to view videos on long flights. I have two questions about transfering programs to the Archos:

1) What is the best way to transfer programs directly from Tivo?
2) What is the best way to transfer programs that are already on the PC (via TiVoToGo)?

2. I use TVHarmony to convert them to avi, then move them over via windows explorer.
