Tivo Desktop, TiVoToGo tutorial?

I have my Series 2 DT connected to my wireless network and would like to use the TiVo Desktop / TiVoToGo feature, but I have no idea how to do it.

Is there a tutorial somewhere that will take me step-by-step?

When I start Desktop and try to transfer recordings, I get the message that there are no TiVo DVR's available on the network.

Thanks.

I just went through setting up a series 2 on wireless..

Here's a quick checklist.

Make sure you have an approved USP wireless device on your Tivo.. Just buy the one Tivo is selling and be done with it...

Look in your wireless router or access point and make sure DHCP has assigned your Tivo an IP address..

The transmit and receive power on wireless stuff isn't that great so make sure the distance isn't too much, make sure you aren't trying to transmit through metal screens and metal doors.. things like that..

Did you do the network configuration on the Tivo itself?

And if you use MAC filtering on your network, you will need to identify your adapters to the router.....
