Jack Bauer crashes my HR10!!

I’ve been trying to add a season pass and/or record “24“ on channel 2.1, the local Fox affiliate here in SF Bay Area. Every time I get to the show description, or attempt to add it as a season pass, the box crashes and reboots. The HD local Fox was recently showing up on 2.2, but now is back on 2.1, if that makes any difference. I can record other stuff with no problem; and I can record the current show I’m watching on 2.1. Meanwhile, 2.2 has disappeared. I get good OTA reception on 2.1.

I thought it might be a problem with corrupted program information, and was going to do Settings>Reset which would reset all program info, but it also nukes my To Do list. Does that mean I’d have to reenter my season passes, or would they automatically reschedule the shows?

So what’s going on here?

Try deleting the SP for "24", then restart the HR10, then see if you can enter the SP. If that doesn't work then the Delete Program Data and Settings may correct it. This will remove your SPs, but not currently recorded programs.
