certain channels dont show on tivo lineup

Thier are certain channels that used to show-up on my tivo line-up that i cant get anymore, but they still show up on my cable line-up. I can watch the shows, but cant tivo them. thanks in adavnce for any help.

I think I'm having the same problem - basically NONE of the HD channels (starting with 4xx ) show up as tivo'able. I ask for Desperate Housewives and it records 7 instead of 407. is that the same issue?

Has your cable provider changed the lineup? If so, then you need to re-run guided setup to select the cable lineup. You should do that anyway to verify the lineup.

now playing - > messages and settings - > restart system menu (2nd to last one down) - >repeat guided setup (2nd one)

i had to do this last night, no channels between 27 and 75 were showing up. no idea why...

The way my cable company has the channels organized, all the SD ones are on a lower channel number than the HD ones. Anything recorded from the Wish List or Suggestions was always the SD version when I first got my S3.

I then went into Channel List and un-selected all the SD channels for which I had a corresponding HD one.

Now anything recorded by Wish List or Suggestions is the HD version when one is available.

By the way, I can still watch the SD channels if I tune directly to them.

How in the world are you able to watch shows on a channel you can't get any more?
