Is it possible to take an additional drive that was added to my T-60 a long time back and now just drop it into my HR10-250 without much difficulty?

Or do I need to reformat that drive or something and start over?

Or do I purchase a larger drive and start from scratch?

You need to format the additional drive with TiVo software per hinsdale. Most guru's are recommending one large drive only to make it easier to diagnose once it starts having problems.
