PTVnet hacked 3.1.5f --> enable HMO

I've been reading, and reading... and then doing some more reading here and on the "others" and can't seem to get the answers that I need to understand this.

My understanding is that I cannot enable HMO on an HR10-250 with a PTVnet hacked HR10 running SW version 3.1.5f. Is this correct?

I do have the 6.3b slices sitting on my box. So I would need to run slicer to get to 6.3b correct?

Then this is where I get confused. Do I just run the enhanecment script over the top of my PTVnet installation of 3.1.5f?

You have to upgrade your tivo to 6.3x first, then apply tivoapp patches to enable HMO.
