I gave my old series 1 TiVo to a friend who lives in a different area. She went through the setup process and found the phone number to access. But when she tries to program a series, it goes back to our channel setup. I don't have the user guide (and she left it at home) and am trying to give her directions. Can anyone provide the steps she needs to take to tale the box to use the new channels?
