Series 2 DT hooked to antena

I just bought a Series 2DT for my girlfriend and she does not have cable or sat. I can get the lower channels 2,4,5,9,11 to work and record fine but not the upper ones 17,23,29,41,45. These are over the air channels and I want to keep the DT even though it does not support antenna connection because at some point in the future we will consider cable. Can anyone help me get all my channels with the guide and stop the messages to correct my cable and/sat. box

I do have broadband and connect wireless to internet

The Series2 DT Tivos do not support over-the-air antennas, so I don't there's much you can do.

Yeah.

The Dual Tuner TiVo isn't meant for use with antenna. It doesn't even have a UHF tuner for OverTheAir channels 14 and up.

The only reason it can even get channels 2-13 is because those frequencies are identical to cable channels 2-13.

The DT is only for cable and satellite...and even with satellite, it's only good for one tuner, not both.
