OTA Signal Strength Meters Don't Work

I've seen a couple of posts on this issue, but haven't found a solution:

On one of my three HD10-250 receivers, the OTA signal strength meters report no signal on all stations. I've tried rebooting and also have left the meters on a channel I know I receive well for several minutes with no luck.

While reception is generally good OTA, I've been having intermittent reception problems with one tuner worse than the other one and plan to trouble shoot the cabling and also my outdoor antenna. It would be easier if I could get the meters to work.

Any ideas?

This is my first post and I thought "DirectTV Receiver with TIVO" was the correct forum. Sorry. Anyway, I fixed the problem by doing a RESET inclulding Program Data and To Do Lists.
