Where to find back episodes of "Heroes"?

Wouldn't ya know that a week after the last 4 episodes aired NOW my neighbor wants to start watching Heroes. I'm able to record last week and this weeks episode, but don't know where to find the ones before (for free). I'm not very knowledgeable in bittorrent, but sure I can figure it out if explained. I didn't see anything on Youtube. Leads pls...
