There has been a significant amount of discussion in another thread about
a message on an OTA recording regarding downres of a program on component outputs.
Here is the message:
"The copyright holder of this program permits viewing at less than high definition on component outputs."
The thread is titled "What the fa..." which was JJs initial reaction to the message. I would have said the exact same thing.

Attempts to rename the thread failed, and some of us felt a new thread was in order, with a title that draws attention to the issue. Feel free to post in the old thread (hint).
