Connection to backend server failed

trying to access TiVoWeb remotely (via dyndns and orenosp) and I get this error message. I then tried accessing TiVoWeb locally (just using the TiVo IP address) and I get the error message "the server at 192.168.0.100 is taking too long to respond". I reboot TiVo and still the same. I try to ping TiVo and get no response - but TiVo is showing up as an attached device on my wireless router. Confusing

Possibilities are a firewall that is not allowing a ping response (unlikely on Tivo) or the router isn't routing packets to Tivo. Do you have any other devices on your local network you can ping? Might be a network cable fault or a problem with the Tivo network card?

power off/on of the router seemed to fix things
