Did anyone else watch this show?

It was not even on my radar, and hubby called me and told me to record it. I've got other things recording at that time, so it's going on our cable company's DVR (which sucks).

At any rate, I kept asking hubby all through the show "what is this about?" And at the end, I still don't know what it's about. I guess everyone is coming together, but why should I care?

I may give it another episode, but I'm sure this will be one of my first shows to go.

Agreed. There were a few interesting bits but that was about it. The whole thing with "I think my soon-to-be husband is cheating" was totally lame. He KNOWS she's onto him but he's smooching with some other woman in a bar? Please.

I do like Hope Davis. She was great in "Guy" with Vincent d'Onofrio.

I hadn't heard of it either but caught the first couple minutes at the end of Grey's Anatomy. Seemed interesting, but I didn't record it. Anyone know if it's being re-aired? My Comcrap DVR isn't showing any other airings until next Thursday's new ep.

Tami, I feel the same way. I ended up recording ER and watching this after Grey's last night. While I found some of the character's storys compelling (Mae/Claire and the lady who hires her) I did wonder what the whole point of the show was. I will probably give it one more episode.

Watched about 20 minutes. Saved the recording but not with much enthusiasm.

Needs to get on with the story already, way too much exposition. We can pick up on the back story of all the characters as we go along. (JJ - I think you're familier with how that works, right?)

Don't think it'll make it. Not sure I care.

I had heard about this show earlier and the story seemed like it might be interesting, but the intro show did leave a lot to be desired. With so many different stories introduced at one time, there was a serious lack of continuity. As others have said, I'll probably give it another go. However, Windfall, this past summer intrigued me on the first episode but totally lost me about 15 minutes into the second episode. This show may have some of the same problems that Windfall had.

I guess so far, all I can really ask is where is this show going and why would I want to go there? Hopefully next week will answer some questions.

Despite what ABC's promos might say, this isn't really a JJ Abrams show. He's an Exec Producer, not a Creator, Writer, or Director.

I watched ... added it to me list of "checkout these new shows" pretty late. In general, though, I founf it getting interesting. It's sorta neat seeing how they're intertwining these strangers together.

I have to admit I'm pretty intrigued to see what's up with the Mae/Clair character. Curiosity will have me tuning in again next week. I'm going to give it a few more episodes before I make a decision to scrap it. I didn't think it was all that bad.

I though it was interesting enough to give a few more episodes. Although I don't have high hopes for it lasting more then a few more episodes.

I'm intrigued so far. I don't mind waiting for things to come together, as long as the characters are interesting to follow along the way, and these characters seem pretty interesting. I hope their plan is to let characters run through their stories and then cycle out of the series, with new characters cycling in.

My favorite line was in the promo.

"Most anticipated new fall show"

Now this is funny. I could take a poll in this TV show forum and I bet only half had heard of it before Grey's Anatomy's promo. I had seen one half of a commercial for it and wasn't interested then.

After reading what's in here I'm not interested now either.

Wow I'm surprised - I've been waiting for this show for a couple months now - heard about it all the time - but that's cuz I watch ABC soaps and that's when they played the commercials most. i watched and am pretty interested. We'll see how long I stay interested but so far so good.

It's mildly intriguing. I'll stick around for a few episodes.

I watch about 10 minutes of it and did not find it remotely interesting. I left it on the Tivo for my wife to watch (if she says it was okay I may give it another try - perhaps it needs time to develop the story and connections). However at the moment I have more to watch than i have time for so I would be happy for this to disappear into oblivion.

A lot of great shows had really bad pilots. It wasn't horrible. I'm going to watch it again!

I liked it. I mean, I have no idea what the point is, but some of the characters are interesting, the pace was good, and it was pretty well-acted. I am interested enough to tune in and see what happens next.

I watched it and, as of now, will keep watching it. I rate it an 8 for MY taste. I'll see where it goes and if it continues to hold my interest. Studio 60 -- that's a 10 for me so far.

I guess once again I'm in the minority. I enjoyed getting to know the characters and found the show to be interesting. I'm intrigued.

Didn't watch, as I saw absolutely zero promotion for the show, and what little I read about it didn't interest me. However, I just thought I'd warn people that it lost over half of the lead-in audience from Grey's Anatomy, so that's definitely not a good sign.

It also lost about 30% of what it did retain in it's second half hour. I kind of liked it, but I think I'll store them for awhile and see what happens.

If I'd been watching Grey's Anatomy live they'd have lost me as a viewer about halfway through. What a terrible season premiere it was.

...or it kept almost half of the Grey's Anatomy lead-in audience :P

I found it interesting, to see how the characters come together and it didn't seem forced the way it happened.

I also hope that some of the storylines are short and run their course quickly and they cycle in new characters/storylines that intertwine with the storylines already running, that might be what it needs to stay fresh.

I just watched it tonight. My wife recorded it. She watches Grey's Anatomy, so she heard about it while I hadn't. I thought that it was ok, and will give it another episode or 2. I also thought that the cheating storyline was a it lame too.

I watched about 15 minutes. I found it uninteresting and I just did not care for the characters. It's still on the Tivo for my wife, but I guess it will not be long before the SP goes bye bye.
