Problem recording 2 hd programs

I have a season pass Grey's Anatomy and Survivor. Both came on at 7 tonight. Also had both set up on the sd channels. Grey's in hd , Survivor is not. Well at 7 tivo showed both recording but both channels where blank. Had to cancel the recording and changed to channel and turned it back. When i did there was a picture this time. It seemed as if the Tivo could not get a signal.
Has any body else had a problem like this. BTW i have recorded 2 hd programs at the same time before this, and it did work.

AT 8 tonight the channels switched, CSI recorded with no problem but the channel with Grey's Anatomy was blank. I have checked to signal with tivo and each channel is about 97.

Talked to tivo and they said It might be the cc or i might not have the most up todate software on the tivo. What!!!! Then i think she got upset when i told her My Tivo was a great $800 HD Tuner. But As a DVR it needed alot of help.

BTW my series2 tivo recorded with no problem tonight.
