Bones - "Blonde in the Game" - 9.20.2006

I liked that the new boss took a backseat in this episode. I'm still interesting in seeing who is going to hookup first Bones and Booth or Angela and Hodges. I really don’t want them both dating at the same time but it could be interesting. My one question is where did Bones get the gun from? In the first season she applied for one but she was denied because she has a felony on her record. I’m just glad the show is back.

Booth pulled out his backup gun and handed it to her as they entered the decommissioned postal sorting facility.

I don't understand why they went back to the prison at the end of the story. It served no purpose but to let him gloat about forcing Temperance to kill his accomplice. They should have sent word by mail or some completely uninvolved person and let his stew at not being able to rub it in. Booth would have know that.

Despite what she said, and all her protests, the wife of the serial killer WAS a looney!

Angela really come through for everyone this week. I don't remember her being so good with people before, but if that is the direction they are taking her character, then good.
