Greetings all,
I have a Series 2 5400040 that was upgraded last year to 40+120. Now I'm trying to replace the 120 with something larger.
I currently am booted to the PTV CD with the LBA48, and an simply trying to do:
dd if=/dev/hdd of=dev/hda bs=1024k
where the 120 is on hdd (secondary slave) and the new drive (500GB) is on hda (primary master). All drive sizes in the boot up reflect correct drive sizes. The documentation says this step should take 1-4 hours. It's now been over 6 hours.
Is this expected and wait a bit longer, or should I consider it hung up?
