Seems to me that it is Tivo doing the 'whining'.

um....That is a direct letter to cable companies. Not an advertisement to the general public.

There is no whining by Tivo either. I don't see anything like that.

This Tivo is specifically designed for cable HD customers. Satellite customers have had their box for a long time with directv, while cable customers have had to patiently wait.

To sum it up, I say "it's about time for the rest of us". You have your Tivo HD option already. Deal with it.....

Looks like Tivo is addressing Cable Providers, basically saying they are doing them a favor by not supporting Satellite providers. Now since we just eliminated some competition for ya.... how about you get some more HD programming.
