Sorry, can't remember my model number, because I am in Europe and watching my US-based DirecTV/Tivo on internet using Slingbox. I am experiencing, both at home and via Slingbox, very frequent uncommanded shutdowns/reboots. This is my second DirecTV/Tivo box--the first one is still in use (I run both on a ChannelPlus modulator througthout my home), and I have never experienced an this problem with that unit. Any ideas??
