What does Mode 0 look like on a 32" HDTV?

Has anyone rigged up a Mode 0 hacked Tivo to a modest sized HDTV? I have a Sony Bravia with MCE hooked up. MCE is fine but I do need subtitles on some programmes fro which TiVo was invaluable. My TiVo source would be a Freeview STB via Scart.

I am not expectying the quality of picture I currently have through MCE/Freeview but so long as it isn't horrendous it may solve some problems

I have a 42" plasma monitor connected to my TiVo. I have enabled mode 0, adjusted the bitrates and installed the hack which adjusts colour and contrast to a lower level.

I can now flick between the live broadcast and TiVo and find no difference to speak of. In fact, when I do this too many times and lose track of whether I am watching the TiVo or live TV, I genuinely can't tell what I am watching. The first time I did this I tried looking for the obvious things, gltches whatever but couldn't spot anything to give me a clue.

Prior to installing the colour/contrast hack you could always tell the TiVo picture because it was more contrasty and the colour level was different.

I am feeding TiVo with a Freeview box.
