I posted earlier about the problem with my Series 2 DT DVR getting an N13 error during Guided Setup. I tried opening up the ports TiVo needs, I don't have a phone line, it's a wired ethernet connection, and TiVo technical support said they don't know what to do. I can't really switch ISPs because I'm in a more rural area. What else can I do to get this TiVo setup?
I apologize, I'm just frustrated after battling this for weeks.
