TivoToGo and Humax DRT800?

Are these compatible?

I have this connected wireless to my network. I can see files my PC via the Humax, but I cannot pick up any movies on the Humax and transfer them to my PC. Any thoughts?

That should work just fine. And if the Humax can see the PC, the PC should be able to see the Humax. Is it not listed at all in the Pick Programs to Transfer menu?

I get the following error in Tivo Desktop on the Pick Recordings to Transfer screen:

There was an error while attempting to retrieve data from the selected DVR.
TiVo Desktop is unable to contact the DVR. This could be due to network problems, or the DVR might not be set to allow tranfers.

To check the DVR settings, go to tivo web site, then select Manage My Account and DVR Preferences.

I've checked it online and it is set correctly. Any ideas?

Reset your MAK in the desktop, that's the first thing to try. You can get that if the MAK is incorrect in the desktop.

Ok. I got it working. I reset the MAK and nothing changed. But, I noticed that my wireless network connection wasn't that strong, so I moved the wireless device to a better location and Eureka!

I am downloading as we speak. Thanks for your help!
