I Am Getting Invalid Format On Makeing Custome Logos

I am not sure why i am keep getting invalid format. I am useing Adobe Photoshop. I have checked the settings of logos that work and tried to mirror and still getting invalid format.

and using Index color

what am i doing wrong? i am lost
