Exclamation Need access card help fast!

I got a used dvr off of ebay. It came with an access card. To my surprise I hooked it up and everything worked immediately. So I set up to record a bunch of movies this weekend. Well, the card suddenly doesn't work. I called D to activate but they say I have to get a new one for my account. Is there any way around this, at least temporarily? I'm pissed because I'm now going to miss recording all the free movies this weekend if I can't get this fixed or bypass it somehow. Please help!!

Unfortunately your hosed, as it is Directv's policy not to active used access cards.

Unless you consider the 1000th running of Shrek 2 a good thing, you're not missing much with this free everything weekend.

Just cough up the $20.00 for a new card from D*. If you bought it from ebay you get what you paid for.
