Um where is the folders? R10 question.

My sister bought a R10 from CompUSA and hooked it up.

We did the service call for it (twice) and it has been 2 days now. She does NOT have the folders feature like I do.

Is the folders option now gone? If I have my units dial in would I lose my precious folders? Is this an attempt by D* to make the "Sofa King Horrible" R15 look better? Will Batman be in time to save Robin from the Joker?

Any help/info will greatly be appreciated.

R10 comes installed with 6.1

While in Now Playing, hit either 1 or 2 (I don't remember which one) to toggle the GROUPS on/off

Or you can hit the enter key (while in Now Playing), and it will bring up the option menu
(See the information line at the bottom)

Actually being an R10 it has 6.1, which does have the folders feature. There is a key you hit when in the now playing list that will take you to a page that allows you to turn on folders.

Edit: Earl beat me by only seconds!

Like Earl and Mah said, on the Now Playing List at the bottom of the screen is a "Press Enter for options".
